I stayed at this hotel to spend one luxurious night in Vanuatu. I was traveling alone, but the hotel staff were very friendly and I had a good time in Vanuatu. I would like to stay here again if I come to Vanuatu.

A real shame this resort is so bad and theres total lack of care factor by management to address any of the issues. The staff are wonderful and the location is great but after that its just a room with cold showers, furniture thats falling apart, awful food that is very overpriced, broken and un cleaned snorkelling gear. The upside is there are resorts next door where you can eat, get wifi etc but i would not recommend anyone to stay here. If you do decide to stay here - you will need a car, you will need to shop for food as no food avail in the day and what is avail is awful and overpriced around $40 for a steak or burger . The breakfast is totally laughable and un pleasant, dry toasty, random fruit mainly gone off and a black coffee

Run down tropics Cosmetically fixed but not well. Sloppy paint job. A large portion of the louvers are broken and can't be closed. The aircon is useless because the bungalow has all open windows. The safe didn't work. The fridge was dirty. You can hear all the next door bungalows as they have all been crowded onto a limited piece of land. The actual beach at the end of the land is nice and clean with nice space to swim.

The minimal staff were amazing. To start with no hot water in our beachfront bungalow… had steal a gas bottle from another bungalow. Bed was really uncomfortable…and noisy my camping mattress is better. Toilet was wobbly not secure properly 3 out of 6 louvres had broken handles and not working Outside porch light not working Stair safety light leading to Bar which also doubled as reception not working One of the two faucets in bathroom required attention for minimal flow. Rear support beam completely ravaged by white ant or borer … just painted over. One bedside lamp not operating, missing plug adapter. No coffee, milk or water in room fridge. The blow up sUP boards all flat. Take your own snorkelling gear … it’s a very nice little reef right out front. Our first and last meal was a 35$ cheeseburger with a 40-50mm beef patty on a stale bun. No coffee machine in bar and the ice making machine has been broken for longer than 6 months according to the helpful bar staff who were making ice in trays to service 12 bungalows. Ran out of Beer on day 1, no fish or calamari as advertised on menu… ran out of cider on day 3. My partner and I cut our trip short mainly cause of the hard noisy double bed that creeked with the slightest movement, making sleep difficult. The bar didn’t have change or float for drinks purchased with cash. We paid close to double price per night compared to Breakas. Oh it’s nice and quiet if you just want to relax,

Bad value No hot water, no soap, bad internet, no atmosphere, poor food. Staff not in uniforms, no clear reception. Dirty pool, broken furniture. Contact details of website are not correct. Over priced.

Disaster Restaurant was shut. You’re in the middle of nowhere with no place to eat. They tried to send us to the resort next door but they were full. Waited an hour to get a cab into town for lunch. Snorkeling was underwhelming. Visibility ******. WiFi was awful. 0.50Mbps. Except at the bar area. No bar. No services. No nothing. Place was a ghost town. Only four people staying and all regretting it. No customer service - just wishing us luck finding a restaurant nearby. You can’t have a place this remote and expect guests to self cater. Breakfast was a couple of bits of toast and some fruit. Value for money was awful. We checked the day we arrived, and for some reason the same room was available for less than half what we paid. Felt very ripped off. The accommodation was basic. Clean, but nothing exciting. Overall, I would give this zero out of five if that was an option. Only saving grace was that we booked for just two nights. Which was still two nights too many. Lots of other options nearer to town. Find something else. This place might be good once they get the renovations done and restaurant open. But for now, it is a disaster.

This property no longer looks like what it does in the photos provided. We booked this hotel as it states all rooms have air condition, free wifi, full kitchen and breakfast.... We checked in and none of this was correct. The place is run down, almost looks like it has been abandoned - after we checked in, I tried to ask for room with AC as my friend suffers from a sleep condition so AC is required, we were then advised we need to pay extra $40 USD for rooms with AC. We were then advised that the kitchen is closed and that we have to be taken to town (we had to pay the driver $20) to drive us 5 mins down the road. Luckily we came across another resort behind the 3 Pigs restaurant called NASAMA RESORT - not only are they cheaper, they have all the amenities, amazing pool, secluded beach and their breakfast is amazing.... Stay there instead!
