Beach and Activities: The hotel offers free use of snorkeling gear, kayaks, and SUP boards, making it easy for guests to explore the reef and enjoy the water. The sandy beach and safe lagoon are perfect for snorkeling, floating, or simply relaxing by the water's edge.

Went with my Dad and met friends who booked here. They said it was a horrible place to stay and refused to stay there. We didn't believe them until we say the place for ourselves. They lost all their booking money too because Virgin and Hotels by Hopper refused to believe the owners had let the place fall to crap .

When I arrived, the reception was unattended. Eventually, someone came to check me in after I had waited about 20 minutes. I was shown to my beachfront room, which was a massive letdown. The photos attached don’t do it justice — it was really bad. The window shutters were broken, the AC remote was broken, there were ants throughout the room, blood-stained sheets, dirty pillows, a missing mirror, a broken bathroom tap, and a dirty toilet — the list goes on. For roughly $400 AUD per night, this was appalling. To make matters worse, no food was included in the package. That would have been fine if the resort’s “restaurant/bar” had offered reasonable options, but the food was overpriced — probably more than you’d pay at a nice bar in Sydney — and the quality was okay. During the night, the security guard walked into my room and woke me up! He said he was just making sure I wasn’t a random person because apparently, they sometimes have people breaking into rooms and sleeping there. On checkout, I asked the morning receptionist for help booking a taxi to the airport. She “knew someone” who could help me for 2000 VUV (~$25 AUD). Later that morning, when I checked to confirm the time, she said it would be 3000 VUV. After I went for a swim, she then said it was 3500 VUV! I ended up finding someone online for 2000 VUV. I suspect the staff member was cutting a deal with the driver, but who knows — she wasn’t helpful at all. On a positive note, the location is beautiful, swimming and snorkelling is great. The other two local staff members (cook and afternoon reception) were nice and made the trip as enjoyable as possible. The manager was nowhere to be seen (probably for obvious reasons). I’ve stayed in countries similar to Vanuatu, paying a lot less and getting a lot more. A refund is the least they could do but I don’t have high hopes.

Disgusting and a rip off! The locals know about this scam, but there is nothing they can do about the poor visitors who are tricked into thinking this is a nice place to stay.

Total disaster and happy to scam to take money and NOT care about doing it. The new owners have ignored maintenance, and the place is falling apart, mouldy, and disgusting. Mouldy beds & pillows, broken windows, broken shelves, disgusting dust build up on tops of cabinets/room dividers, mesh walls on aircon rooms, dirty aircon vents, ants in restaurant kitchen, deep green pools, empty garden ponds, poolside bar empty room, reception emptied and used for storage, pool deck unsafe, We refused to stay even one night. This isn't a luxury resort. We have used backpackers 'eco' accommodation that's nicer. Staff didn't really care when we complained. They have heard it all too many times before. Still fighting for even a part refund.

Property was nice and the staff were lovely but it was a bit far away from town and transport wasn’t provided. We still enjoyed our stay.

A real shame this resort is so bad and theres total lack of care factor by management to address any of the issues. The staff are wonderful and the location is great but after that its just a room with cold showers, furniture thats falling apart, awful food that is very overpriced, broken and un cleaned snorkelling gear. The upside is there are resorts next door where you can eat, get wifi etc but i would not recommend anyone to stay here. If you do decide to stay here - you will need a car, you will need to shop for food as no food avail in the day and what is avail is awful and overpriced around $40 for a steak or burger . The breakfast is totally laughable and un pleasant, dry toasty, random fruit mainly gone off and a black coffee
