I was satisfied at first the room was very spacious, breakfast was good some selection I mean toast cereal pancakes juice coffee muffins etc.. although the information posted on this app wasn't correct with the motel on arrival for example it says the incidental fee is $150 but when I checked in they demanded $200 the Filipino lady the older one wasn't exactly friendly but whatever least of my worries.. the biggest issue here was waking up to a little mouse running from under the fridge I thought was grand when we arrived ugh I'm disgusted I'll never come back I mean come on they should be taking some serious measures so this is not a problem I'm so scared to even get off the bed right now LOL

Trusting trip.com, I booked this hotel for 5 of us including an infant. However, on reaching the hotel, found out the place to be filthy, unhygenic and full of indesent crowd. The hotel was surrounded by drug ******* and one of the drunk and high woman, while us waiting to check in, asked me for a lighter and coins while I was holding the baby. She came so close that the baby got scared and started crying. Had to immediately leave and find another safe place to stay which was very inconvenient as finding a hotel at the last moment is so tough. The staff itself recommended another place seeing how terrified we were. Called customer careof trip.com and reported the issue but refund still not issued.

The room was clean, but we could still hear voices from the room next door and some noise from outside, as our room faced the road. Initially, Overall good hotel to stay.

You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
