Front desk experience was great and excellent. The room was gorgeous, enormous and wondrous! Wish we had coffee pods for the machine. It rained all day, and we ventured to a grocery store just to buy some pods but they didn't stock it. Would have been nice to have this little extra included with such an elegant hotel and experience. Otherwise, loved it |!

I love it so much, it's a perfect hotel! It ranks very high and is very popular on booking. I can't understand why there are so few people on Ctrip. The hotel is located on the west side of Prince Street, which is very convenient for going out shopping. There is a delicious Vietnamese rice noodle shop near the hotel. The hotel room is super big! It is well known that Edinburgh hotels are very expensive. The InterContinental Voco I booked the day before was expensive and crowded, and the basement was very dark and damp. I booked Hapimag on the day I came back. Although it is on the second floor below ground, there is a small hill in front of the window, and you can see the sunset! Very bright. The key is that the room is really big, it is a suite, with a big sofa and a cloakroom. Especially the bathroom is very big, clean and beautiful! I really need a very comfortable bathroom when I go out. The bathroom has a faint smell of disinfectant, and it feels very clean. The bathtub is very large and it is a massage bathtub. The bed is also very large and soft, and there is also a dressing table. The facilities are very convenient. The whole hotel is very, very beautiful and very retro! ! There are also paintings from various countries and many porcelains. Very tasteful. The front desk was very polite and flexible to meet our needs. There is no breakfast here, but you can order the bakery to deliver it to the room. You need to swipe the room card to enter the hotel, which is very safe! The only problem is that the front desk is not open 24 hours a day, so don't check in too late! But they will leave you a phone number, if you have something to do too late, just call them! There are only 30 suites in the hotel, remember to book in advance!

The hotel entrance isn't big, so I thought I was in the wrong place on my first day! But the room was incredibly spacious, and the decor was very modern! I loved the furniture and the color scheme. Edinburgh isn't very big, so it didn't feel remote at all! Princes Street is within walking distance!
