I recommend this hotel because my partner and I were very comfortable. We had a problem when booking, we mistakenly booked a room accessible for disabled people and they did not hesitate to fix our own mistake, the next day we already had a different room. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Lucía who helped us a lot with everything :)
We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at Point A hotel for a week. The location is walking distance from the city center. They provide us basic amenities that we need except the water heater which will be nice to have in a room as need to make coffee/tea.

Nice hotel. The room is amazing, bright, great view. although it was a bit cool, the staff gave me extra the heater. Love it.
