We enjoyed our stay at the property because of the smooth transaction from check-in to checkout. The room was clean and we were provided with toiletries, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk. They also provided us with a hairdryer, electric kettle and microwave which was very convenient. Our room was very spacious and even though it was near the road, it wasn't noisy at all. The location of the property was very favourable because it's close to the bus stop and there's a grocery shop nearby.

Valoraría por un lado la parte positiva del hotel que es muy céntrico, tranquila y la cama es cómoda. Como valoracion constructiva hacia el huésped, las habitacion que nos ha tocado abajo , al menos la nuestra, muy poca iluminación, baño pequeñísima. Nos cambiaron las toallas porque las solicitamos . La cama debajo sin limpieza. Sin embargo las habitaciones de la planta de arriba son muy espaciosas y con mucha luz.

Glad I stayed here! The couple that runs this place are extremely nice and attentive. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The place is closely located to the St James shopping mall and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area. Only thing is that, it is a bit of a walk to the Royal mile from the property.

Friendly family run guest house in a pleasant location, easy walk down the hill but might be as well to get an uber back up the hill to princes street if on foot,always great communication and very accommodating. Older traditional style building, cozy and homely, great value for money

Stayed 3 nights, the owners were super welcoming and accomodating. Gave us tips and pamphlets for Edinburgh when we arrived. Contacting them during the stay was also very easy and help was given immediately. Room was spacious and clean, hair dryer on the wall was broken but was replaced with a new one as soon as requested. The location was great with many cafes and restaurants nearby. Even though the building itself was a little old and rickety, the space as a whole was very comfortable.
