Bedbugs!!! We woke up to the bed crawling with them, I have been waiting for 5 weeks for a refund!! Absolutely disgusting!! Would not recommend staying here at all. I have been disgusted with the room and Mohammed’s attitude in getting my money back. Who would pay to sleep with bedbugs!!

Bedbugs!! Woke up to discover the bed and headboard was alive!! Absolutely disgusting, Mohammed the owner/manager has fobbed me off for 5 weeks regarding my refund, who wants to pay to sleep in a bed like that. Would not recommend staying at this guest house.

I was there in June, 2025, with two others and we were not impressed! No one there when we arrived around mid afternoon so we sat outside and waited for an hour or more! Finally saw a phone number and called it and were told how to get in and which room to go to. Only one bed in it and there were three of us, single senior ladies. We left our things, went out and managed to find the downtown and a place to eat, so after we returned from eating, I went back down to the main door, managed to finally get someone to answer it, explained we needed a bigger room, he looked confused, phoned someone, then told me to wait in the dining room. After several minutes a woman drove up in a car and came in and directed me to another room. We had to carry suitcases down stairs, around the outside, and up more stairs and no one offered to help. We were there three nights and never saw anyone again all that time. There was no breakfast served ( contrary to the brochure saying a free full breakfast served each morning from 8 to 9 ) no staff to assist with luggage, or anything else! No staff at all! No safe in the room. No garden to enjoy! Very deceiving write up! Would not recommend it to anyone else!
