房間乾淨整潔。到Hay market比較近，交通方便。前台服務好。不足之處：台盆高且寬，洗漱容易弄濕衣服，後來台盆鋪毛巾就好些😃入住兩天，沒有打掃。

酒店房間費用已包括早餐，價格合理，食物選擇也足夠，但繁忙時間食客頗多。房間衞生和設施狀況良好。酒店位置稍為離開最中心的遊客區，可以坐一程巴士，或步行約30分鐘到王子街。
但酒店最令我不滿意是寄存行要收費。我第一天入住酒店之後參加一個蘇格蘭四天本地遊，之後會返回愛丁堡再入住這間酒店，所以把一個行李篋寄存在酒店，酒店卻向我收取行李每日寄存費用。我曾經在其他城市入住Hampton by Hilton , 也同樣寄存行李而之後是會再入住該酒店，是不須收取寄存行李費用。

位置不錯，不是最中心地段，但是到中心步行或者uber都很方便。酒店比較新，早餐也比較豐富。性價比很高。

1，預訂的時候説房間是20平方，結果還沒有倫敦18平方的房間大，簡直小到令人髮指，行李箱都沒法完全打開
2，辦理入住和接線員是印巴人，態度讓人覺得國內任何服務人員都應該5星好評
3，明明帶孩子住了3個人，每天都衹給2套毛巾，打電話請多送一套，感覺像欠了他們錢，最後還送個千年老破舊毛巾來噁心人
