Overall it was good. Difficult to get uber from the location but can get bus every 5 mins. 

Great cheap for a short uk break

Very basic and out of the way

The location is not downtown, but near a local community and the beach, which is peaceful and clean. The only thing is that have to take 30min bus to the city centre. The service and facilities are all great. Soundproof if ok and acceptable.

The hygiene of this student apartment is really surprising. The bed and bathroom are cleaner than many hotels, and the bed is very soft and comfortable. The next day, I found a shared kitchen with all the equipment such as ovens, which is very convenient for heating bread. Coffee, milk and tea bags are also prepared. Although the location is a bit remote, it is very quiet to live in it. The bus is just outside the door, so it is actually very convenient to go into the city. I didn't want to leave after staying there for a few days. It was very pleasant.

University dormitory. Student dormitories are generally small, especially the bathrooms. The location is relatively remote, and it takes 30-40 minutes to go to Edinburgh city by bus. The advantage is that the dormitory price is very cheap during the peak tourist season in Edinburgh, and there is a large supermarket two minutes away.

剛好碰上愛丁堡舉行藝術節，酒店價格飆升，衹好退而求其次，訂了城郊的這個學生宿舍。中文翻譯是“愛丁堡大學宿舍”，但其實衹是愛丁堡學院Edinburgh college的學生宿舍，並不是著名的愛丁堡大學university of Edinburgh 缺點：就宿舍本身來説，真是一言難盡。房間連浴室估計不超過十平米，一張靠牆的1.2米床，房間裏噴灑了濃郁刺鼻香味的空氣“清新”劑，窗户衹能打開一點點，薰得人頭腦發昏。浴室衹有個頭頂噴淋頭，沒有能拿着的花灑頭，水又噴得很分散，洗澡是件艱難的事情。 宿舍裏安裝了很多扇防煙門，裏面各房間象迷宮一樣，剛開始容易迷路 優點：幾個房間劃成一個區域，例如18區，裏面有公共廚房，餐具、廚具、冰箱、桌椅、微波爐、電瓷爐甚至烤爐一應具全。宿舍後面有個大超市，可以買東西自己做來吃。 宿舍附近有個小海灘和綠道Granton Beach，步行過去十分鐘左右。愛丁堡夏天涼快清爽，天氣晴朗海邊景色美好，人也不多，散步很舒服。有些當地人沿着海邊綠道騎行或溜狗。 宿舍門口有不少巴士，進城比較方便，到市中心王子街花園大概半個來小時

入住體驗很棒！衞生乾淨，設施齊全，隔音好睡得香。服務員態度親切，有求必應。位置優越交通便利。下次還選這裏！
