The room was lovely to stay in, and my daughter and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were all very lovely and helpful - especially Juan, who helped us with booking our last minute trip to Rottnest Island. Overall, a good experience with clean room and nice smelling shampoos & soaps, nothing much to nitpick about.

Day 1, after checking out directly from Mercure without staying. We booked Pan Pacific directly hoping for the best. We reached the hotel around 5-6PM thought that we can check in, but unfortunately not. After having our room we found that our blanket is full of blood stain.
Day 2, someone opened our room door while we are changing. The concierge said due to upgrading of the system that’s why there is this issue!??
Day 3, new towels provided was all stained. When we request for new towels the concierge said the we should complain to the managers to ask for free breakfast. Come on Pan Pacific you can do better than this

We like the room and staffs, only the door closing sounds is too loud (when closed from outside, not able to softer the sounds) love the coffee machine in the room, the spacious room, sofa and coffee table, location is nice to arrange tour pick up from the hotel, only very quite at night, we like the welcome drink too. The bed is big and comfortable. There is distilled water in the toilet where I can refill my water bottle which I like.

Located right next to swan river, perfect for a morning jog or evening stroll.

Very spacious room. Many eateries nearby and cbd is just 15 mins walk or free red cat bus to the city. Elizabeth quay is within walking distance with many good restaurants & pubs. Very good vibes especially during weekends. Love it x

This is my second stay at Pan Pacific Perth. Besides their location, I love the service there. Right from the time I enter the hotel till my check out, the staff ensure that things are taken care off. The hotel is also located near the bus stops of the free CAT buses.
