Unsavoury customer service, disgusting dirty apartment stunk to the point of sewer will never stay there ever again

Room was very old and it was not clean enough.

Place was absolutely filthy

The location and accommodation is suitable for basis needs. However the hot water ran out faster than expected.

The pictures of the property are nothing like what greeted us when we went to our apartment. Apartment was old, dirty, not enough cooling/ heating, we had 3 flights of stairs to manage with heavy luggage, and a 10 min walk from where we checked-in, we got a refund and went elsewhere as property is deceiving people with photos online. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Good location with essentials needs nearby, very average accommodation. Great for cheap stay as just somewhere with acceptable quality of bed. No soap/ shower gel for shower just shampoo and conditioner. It was rainy day and windows was a little bit opened, room became Mudgee. Room setting not great privacy when the door and people from outside the door able to see the bed. It was a cockroach there maybe cause of windows were opened, or a good pest control need to be done. Great thing about this accommodation is it is with free parking.

We got a room which was infested with cockroaches. The room was changed when we complained but overall both rooms were dirty.

Great quite location next to the CBD. 20 minute walk. Nice enough room for a fantastic price. The bed could of been a bit more comfy but may be my preference. The downside was that there was not mush sound prodding from the adjacent rooms. Especially the one above. And if they had their heater on, ours would rattle. That did not allow for a great night sleep when they had it on all night.

The room is very old, with the color scheme that Indians like, and the bed, wardrobe, and everything else are old. Strongly not recommended.
