I traveled to Old Kapok Cloud Art Village in July 2025 with my 18 year old son and three nephews during a month-long trip to China. Everyone agreed that our brief stay there was their favorite part of the entire trip! They all said they want to return and stay much longer than 2 days. It is absolutely beautiful, meticulously clean, interesting, and the most special location. The breakfast was delicious and the people there were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. My son and his cousins quickly befriended one of the staff and hope that they can keep in touch in the future. I cannot say enough good things about all aspects of our visit. We chose that location because it is close to the tea plantation that surrounds the hotel grounds, but our stay within the Kapok Village hotel was as wonderful as the tea plantation experience itself. This is a 5-star experience that will leave a life-long impression. They offer not only a comfortable, elegant setting, they mix that with gracious hosting. Thank you for the most wonderful experience for my family!

整體的服務人員都非常客氣，一入住，給我們送了一個蛋，非常好玩，舒適的氣候，美好的人，靠着螺絲殼景區也很近，晚上整個民宿氛圍很不錯，坐在湖邊吃着晚餐的感覺很愜意

第一個我看中環境，第二就是服務，這家店都非常好，環境很清新，老闆跟前台兩個妹妹都很喜慶，餐也很好吃，在那住兩天過個週末體驗體驗茶文化是很不錯的選擇。

房間很乾凈，沒有異味，通風很好，窗户很大光線很好，床單潔白，屋外有平台可以喝茶賞風景，很愜意。湖邊餐廳的夜晚，極致浪漫。停車方便，車位充足。有早餐，有浴缸，還準備了一次性浴缸罩，洗澡很舒服，服務熱情，下次來還會入住，也會推薦給朋友。

大環境很好，在茶山下，水庫邊上，空氣超級好，房間也大，乾淨整潔，服務員的態度也特別好，耐心細緻，有賓至如歸的感覺，這些全部滿分。但是，最大的毛病是硬件，房間超級冷！！！因為夏天這裏特涼快的緣故，房間沒裝空調，這個可以理解，但是，這裏冬天也特別冷呀，房間衹有電熱毯和一台聊勝於無的取暖器，沖涼房也沒有浴霸，冷得發抖，反正冬天我是絕對不會再選擇這裏

不需要太多，一間木屋，一張桌子，三五椅子，一陣清風，一杯清茶，百分店家的服務，千分店家的微笑，萬分店家的誠意，此刻，所有焦慮都被按下暫停鍵。謝謝小姐姐帶來湖光山色旁的美食，不在服務範圍，卻毫無怨言地幫代購了當地超有果味的果子。謝謝臨別時的小禮物都勻毛尖，清湯一盞回味無窮。祝貴店紅紅火火！有機會再品一杯清茶！
