Good location and service. But room was not that clean and this is the only thing i was just disappointed.

Good place for looking around Asian culture tour in Dusseldorf, Gemany. And good place for visiting lots of Asian market.

Downgrade from previous Nikko hotel hotel but acceptable.

The location is perfect. Lots of Japanese restaurants and cafes in surrounding area. Hotel room is nice but our room had a loud noise from the airco when it turned on. The cleaning service could done a better job.

Good trip, great location and service

I was on a business trip to Dusseldorf and my local colleague recommended Clayton Hotel. The front desk staff was very warm and friendly, and introduced the hotel facilities one by one. The room was not small and clean. The only regret was that it was a big bed with two single beds put together. The hotel breakfast was also very good, and it was the best choice for this business trip. In addition, the hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the train station, and there are many Asian food outside the hotel. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely weekend and will definitely come back. The location, right in the middle of Little Tokyo, is perfect for anyone looking to indulge in a little fine dining. We had a very quiet room, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always very friendly.

It is a 10-minute journey from the central train station to the old town on the Rhine River. It takes 10 to 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly. If you arrive early, you can use the check-in machine to check in early.

The room was not in line with the booking pictures. The front desk service was poor. I booked a large bed but was given two small beds. On the second night, I wanted to cancel the reservation and change to another hotel, but I couldn't. There were no other items that the hotel would prepare for guests on the washstand in the bathroom.
