Each drink was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and crafted with genuine passion and creativity. You could tell this wasn’t just about mixing drinks it was about creating an experience. What really stood out was the way they took the time to get to know our tastes and then tailored each cocktail to suit us perfectly. Their remarkable attention to detail and consistent service left us feeling well taken care of. - **The Concierge Dream Team** – Gresi, Klevisa, Arjela, and Elsa surpassed our expectations from the very beginning. Their remarkable ability to anticipate our needs, regardless of how big or small, was both impressive and comforting. Their professionalism and warm hospitality ensured our stay was seamless. The food from the breakfast buffet at Merkhado to lunch at Cape Nao - ending with dinner at Casa Nostra was beyond outstanding every day and could not be faulted in any way. We would happily eat at each of these venues without leaving the resort. While Melia Durres offers a stunning ambiance, it is undoubtedly the exceptional team that elevates it to a level beyond compare. Without these outstanding individuals, our holiday would not have been nearly as memorable.
