I stayed at the hotel as a solo traveler during the low season. Upon arrival I found that I had an issue with the room that I had booked, but the staff was very professional and went above and beyond to help sort it out. The location is great, within walking distance to the railroad/bus/airport shuttle bus & night market. Every staff member that I interacted with, whether they spoke english fluently or through a translator, was very friendly, helpful & forthcoming with information. Likewise, the cleaning staff did a good job & was friendly. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff who made the check-in experience go smoothly, and a nice tea relaxation room towards the back of the hotel while waiting to check out. The room was also very comfortable. Highly recommended.

This hotel was so comfy and affordable that we booked an extra night. We got an even larger room for a cheaper price. The beds are super comfortable and everything clean and in top shape. Would certainly stay again!

Old carpet and old room furnishing make the room appear unclean and uncomfortable, even though it's reasonably clean. However, the bathroom and toilet are newly renovated. Suitable choice for budget conscious traveller.

It’s a simple but cosy hotel, good location in the city and easy to get public transport. There is a room behind the reception leading to the car park where you can get chrysanthemum tea and local tea provided by the hotel for free. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. I have no regrets for staying in this hotel for 3 nights.

The service of the little girl at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. She helped me book tickets for Mogao Grottoes. The bathroom in the room was separated into wet and dry areas, and the smart toilet was very convenient. The location of the hotel is also excellent, and it is convenient for travel. I read the reviews before staying and was quite worried. After moving in, I regretted not coming to Dunhuang earlier. It was really good and I will come again next time.
