Very pleasant stay. Very kind and helpful reception. Definitely coming back. Had fun in the hotel room carving dalgona candy from squid games

The most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our entire trip in Ireland. Very spacious, bright, and modern. We had a room with an ocean view and truly enjoyed watching the tides come and go. Great breakfast, a nice pub, and a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. We loved everything :) The only minor downside was that it was a bit too warm in the room.

Absolutely delightful stay. Location is nestled between center intersection, bus stops and the bay on the other side. Staff are polite, kind and warm. Room was just enough with space, window overlooking the bay, and quiet. I’ll certainly be back here!!

After a slightly difficult start with a plumbing issue in our room in 2nd floor, the hotel were really helpful and went out of their way to make amends The Duty Manager immediately offered us concessions as well as moving us and all our luggage to a lovely spacious well appointed room on the first floor with some complimentary sweet treats to make up for the inconvenience. All staff were friendly and helpful and this hotel is trying really hard to upgrade and give good customer service so if something isn’t right, talk to them rather than complaining afterwards. It’s a great location with beautiful sea views at the back and lovely open and comfortable public areas.

Went in for a drink with my husband. No staff in the bar and when we enquired we we told to wait. We left. Advised reception why we were leaving, no reaction.!

The hotel is smart, clean and spacious. Room was lovely with a great shower and very comfortable beds. The bar is well stocked and welcoming although prices are a little on the high side. What lets it down is the restaurant. The evening menu is limited and the quality is acceptable - just. I asked for a burger pink in the middle and I got a very well done “standard” burger. Clearly no communication. The menu really shows little imagination and service is nothing exceptional. Breakfast is disappointing, particularly for such a large hotel. Very restricted choice (when compared with many other hotels) and quality of service entirely depends on who is on duty. On the first 2 (of 3) days of our stay, the service was good. We were greeted, offered tea of coffee and seated at a well presented table. Sunday was a wholly different experience. Vacated tables were either uncleared or not reset. Having given my room number I sat at an empty table (as yet unlaid) and waited for 10 minutes before having to ask for the table to be laid and to get tea. Even then I was only given a plate and cutlery, the staff member then went to clear the next table, still not asking if I wanted tea or coffee. Proper service was only restored when another member of staff appeared. Supervision & training are clearly required. The other irritant was the background music. Whoever chose the music did not have to listed to it. Several tracks included intrusive monotonous percussion, quite inappropriate and far too loud.
