I recently stayed at the Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin and found its location on O'Connell Street to be exceptionally convenient for exploring Dublin's main attractions. The room was clean and featured a mini-fridge, which was useful for keeping drinks cool.
However, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The selection lacked variety, and the quality didn't meet expectations. Additionally, the lobby area felt cramped during peak times, making it less inviting for relaxation.
While the hotel's central location is a significant advantage, improvements in breakfast offerings and lobby comfort would enhance the overall guest experience.

Perfect location - everything within walking distance and the air coach from Derry Londonderry dropped us off right in front of the Gresham.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the main pedestrian street, and the lobby is also quite unique. The room is OK, and the sofa bed will be made in advance according to the number of people staying. But the service is really too slow. We are a three-person stay and wanted to change the big quilt to 2 single quilts. No one came after making 3-4 calls. After a few hours, we decided to make do with it for one night. The housekeeping staff came and figured out the needs. After about a quarter of an hour, they told us that the hotel did not have single quilts 😂, and gave us a double quilt. Service needs to be improved

We stayed for five days. The room on the first night was small and relatively close to the ice machine, so it was a bit noisy. The room we booked later was larger, comfortable and quiet, and very close to the city center, making it very convenient to get in and out. There are convenience stores, large shopping malls and various restaurants nearby.
