The hotel location is Superb.It is located right in front of Baniyas Square Metro Station.Bit the hotel itself it is not suitable for family.Solo traveller is okay.Because the hotel is located in front of main road..It is very Noisy.Cleanliness...please do better..My bedsheet is making my skin itchy.Overall...2.5 out of 5.

Its worest place to stay at they dont clean your room,the hot water doent work ,i had to refresh my key by going to the reception everytime i went out , in the morning there were people doing construction which made it very hard to sleep. All in all I had an unpleasant experience at the hotel

Super overpriced hotel. The pictures displayed are not accurate. Mold and roaches are abundant. Customer service is super subpar.

Horrible experience, bed bugs, cockroches in room crawling, flies wondering in room, bathroom full of stains and molds, tiles broken, water spilling from shower everywhere in bathroom making bathroom wet even a towel doesn't help to clean and soaked. Asked receptionist to send a towel and toilet paper never got one till next day we checked out. I would never stay there and won't recommend to anyone. Absolutely disgusting 😤
