Nice hotel apartment 👌 room is very big, but not comfortable is windows not open don't have balcony. Receptionists very friendly, restaurant is food tasty but little bit expensive

I arrived in the middle of the night and asked for an early check in, as all single rooms were full I was upgraded to an espectacular apartment. Breakfast is super and location is very convenient 10 minutes walk to Dubai Marina or just a 2 stops tram just at the corner of the hotal

We stayed at the hotel from March 29 to April 8, 2025. We liked the location, the metro is 15 minutes away, the tram is 200 meters away. There is no free sea nearby, but we found an option. One of the advantages of staying there is that we went as a family of 4. The room is 135 sq. m. - huge. The children have a room, we have a room, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, 4 bathrooms)))). Cleaning every day, the staff is excellent, friendly, the breakfasts are good. We only took breakfast. There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool on the 3rd or 4th floor; towels, a sauna, a Turkish steam room, an excellent gym open until 23:00. By the pool, there are sun loungers, sunbathing areas. One of the advantages of the beach: you can take a voucher for the Riva Beach Club beach - a great place on a palm tree, a pool, the sea, sun loungers, umbrellas and towels. The price for hotel guests is 2 times lower than buying on the beach. They pick you up from this hotel for excursions. We ordered excursions through Tinkoff, they don't pick you up from all areas, this one is for Marina. Cons: no balcony, but we came to our room late in the evening. Tired, we went to bed. They don't give beach towels, but we took vouchers for Riva, and there is everything there, a pool, towels, sun loungers and a great sea))) The furniture is not new, of course, but the mattress and bed linen are good. Cleaning every day, water is replenished. Washing machine with dryer, kettle, stove, toaster, microwave, iron, hair dryer - everything is in the room. We only used the washing machine, iron, kettle and microwave. The dishes are chip-free, good. You can smoke in the room, it was surprising) We didn't figure out the windows, a tricky opening system, we asked at the reception, they said it was dangerous, we didn't even ask to open them. Air conditioning in each room, as needed for the tram) I recommend the hotel for a mixed holiday excursions + beach I wish everyone great impressions))

I liked the hotel, good service, excellent breakfasts. When leaving early for the airport, they packed a good breakfast with us and brought it to our room. The only thing is that it is very noisy because of the construction right under the windows, which does not stop even at night.

The most annoying hotel I have ever stayed in. It was very noisy, and there was construction going on in the early morning. In addition, the pre-authorization refund was less than what was refunded. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service coordinated with the hotel. The hotel first said that I had lunch on the 13th, and then it showed that my voucher showed that I checked out on the morning of the 13th. It also said that I had dinner on the 12th, but on the 12th I participated in Ctrip's Abu Dhabi day tour, and then had dinner with friends outside. It was almost midnight when I returned to the hotel. In the end, it was not resolved, and Ctrip paid for the less refund.
