I am extremely disappointed and angry with the way I was treated by Centro Rotana. I came on a business trip and, as a regular customer of this hotel, I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism. I was forced to return early and was initially told that my booking could be cancelled. But then they refused to honor that and showed complete disregard for customer service. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will never stay at Centro Rotana again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

Good, clean , nice facility

The location is great. It’s in the middle of everything so it’s feasible. However the service and staff is pathetic. They literally charge you for toothbrushes I mean this is just another level of being miser. The rate for each night is so high and you can’t even afford a toothbrush? It’s just so pathetic. It used to be my go-to place however it is so disappointing that now it’s the last hotel that comes to my mind.

Good afternoon, I stayed at this hotel, having read the reviews and I was right. At the reception you will be met by Russian-speaking staff (daytime). The room itself is small but very comfortable and cozy. The most important thing is that there are no foreign smells, a comfortable bed. They clean every day, change towels, 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, toiletries. Five minutes from the Emirates Mall metro station. There is also a free shuttle to the beach and back.
