We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Beautiful, discreet and very cozy. The hotel staff works at a high level, they do everything to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Special thanks to the hotel employee Diana, from the Lounge Club on the 13th floor, she congratulated us and my wife and was very attentive. I would also like to note the very tasty and varied breakfasts. Tasty and very healthy food. Large selection of dishes. I recommend it, it is definitely worth visiting this place. And many thanks to all the hotel staff.

The price/performance ratio is OK, after all, it is the Ritz. But the service is really not up to par. I waited in line for 20 minutes to check in, and there was only one person in 20 minutes, and there was only one waiter at the front desk. Someone knocked on the door in the middle of the night, twice. I asked to change the room the next day, but the room was not changed until I came back at night. I asked and found out that it was not changed during the handover. Not recommended

This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. I read the reviews saying it was very old, so I thought how old it could be. But when I got there and opened the room, I was speechless. The carpet was so black that it looked disgusting. The cabinets and sofas were so old that they looked like they were from the 80s and were all worn out and shiny. My daughter was in a hurry to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and didn't wear shoes. She stepped on the carpet and got a rash right away. It kept itching. My husband finally used soap to wash and rub it repeatedly before it got better. Everything was bad. There was nothing to eat for breakfast, mostly desserts. Hey, Ctrip still pushed it hard. Maybe it's because the hotel has a high commission! There have never been so many reviews. Chinese people should never book this hotel. Anyone who has stayed there knows. I really want to ask for a refund! It's disgusting.

The room is clean, the room service is very good, the breakfast is very good, and the food and service are impeccable. The only drawback is that it took a long time to get a room with a better view the next day when checking in. The efficiency of answering the phone at the front desk needs to be improved, and the lobby is small and dark.
