Great hotel, location near to airport and have shelter to the huge festival mall,, room and amenities was amazing, will book again in the future

It's a nice quiet spacious hotel with a comfortable bed, only pillows are a little soft for me. Toothbrush is upon request. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are very good with a variety of dishes. Aircon & wifi connection are great. The powerpoints are universal, no need to use adapter. There are connecting rooms, one room with 2 single beds is connected to a room with 1 king bed. There is a huge DFC mall, about 5 min walk from the hotel & is connected by a linkway bridge. There are hypermarkets like Carrefour & Lulu, IKEA, food court, restaurants & other shops. Very easy to get food & shop. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay at the hotel.

I like everything from my stay starting from the location , customer service ( especially thanks to Mr. Mazin who was very supportive) then the cleanness of the rooms and easy to communicate with the room service and reception.. All room items were available..

Linked to carrefour, IKEA, and festival city mall. Great location. Clean rooms and nice little bar at the top. Will definitely recommend if you are here in Dubai, especially with family. Many indoor playgrounds in the festival city mall.

8 days of the stay has given us splendid facilities and services. Rose welcomed us for breakfast and gave us directions to where we should sit. Very helpful and nice service from the hotel. Would love to come back!

Fantastic location with direct access to carrefour and festival city. The kids enjoyed the going to the waterfront and overall it was good experience. Breakfast was tremendous as well

My 4-night stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City was superb although location wise it's quite far away from the convenience of metro. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities exceeded expectations, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. Buffet breakfast was a stand-out with plenty of choices and delicious choices. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate requests promptly and courteously. Additionally, the hotel's adjacency to the mall provided convenience for dining and shopping options, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City for travelers seeking a blend of luxury, convenience, and excellent service.

Exceptional customer service provided by Erika and the manager Mohamad/Mostafa(sorry barely remembers name). They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met, and they did so with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the airport and also connected to the mall. The hotel's excellent customer service, beautiful view, delicious breakfast, clean rooms and comfy beds. You won’t be disappointed.
