"Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too."

"The family B&B run by the couple, the homestay in the small village, clean and tidy, the breakfast is also very standard, the hosts and women are warm and professional, the surrounding standard British countryside, suitable for walking, there is an ancient castle ruins for a quarter of an hour.
