Ramada by Wyndham Drumheller Hotel & Suites

We visited the Ramada on a Saturday to Sunday to enjoy the pool/water slide before heading to the dinosaur museum. The hotel staff was nice on check in and the room was very clean. The pool was fun and the kids loved the waterslide. The breakfast was also very good with lots of options - the kids loved the pancake bar. That being said, there was also 3 hockey teams staying the weekend due to a local hockey tournament. From 8 pm onward all we could hear were the kids running up and down the hallways yelling and tromping up and down the stairwells. This lasted till close to 11 pm. When we called the front desk, they told us that "they are aware of the disturbance and that the parents of the kids can't control them. Also, as quiet time is at 11 pm, we are free to call the police after that time" Basically a cop-out on their end. My wife and I paid a good chunk of change to stay in the room of our choice for this visit and our 10 and 8 year old kids had a very hard time falling asleep due to the noise these older kids were making. I realize that its not entirely the hotels fault, but doing nothing about it rubbed us the wrong way.

Amazing family friendly hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Best hotel pool we’ve seen with slide and hot tub. Great decor. Boston pizza next door.

Clean, renovated, but, there are no breakfast to eat. We travel a lot, and came directly from Cheaper Best Western in Calgary. Ramada disappointed with breakfast. For $330 a night there were not a single fruit . oatmeal and eggs were not eatable. We get better breakfast in $100 hotels. So if you come with kids, think twice

Really enjoyed our stay there. The waterslide was awesome, friendly staff and clean room. The breakfast was good, they had the fluffiest scrambled eggs I’ve had at a hotel.

They gave us a room that hasn’t been cleaned yet however they did fix the issue immediately hot tub is getting old and could use refurbishing especially for the price they charge.king size Bed was decent The stuff was great

Great quality family hotel! We absolutely loved the hotel. It was well set up for families and super clean. The hotel pool had a big curving slide and a great sized hot tub. They also had a gym. The morning breakfast included hot dishes, as well as cereal, yoghurt and such. The only disappointing thing was that we didn’t stay there for more than one night. My daughter and her family absolutely loved it.
