The Ibis hotel chain was founded by two French brothers. It is fast and convenient. There are hotels in various cities in Europe, mainly near train stations. So Ibis must be modern in style, with simple interior decoration and long corridors that make me feel like I'm back in my university dormitory, especially the restaurant, which is a big canteen.
Although the breakfast is rich, it is almost all raw and cold food. Among the eight kinds of sausages, five seem to be raw, perhaps because of the German eating habits.
I just kept drinking hot tea and tried not to eat raw sausages. How I wish they would grill the bacon.
The hotel is in the best location. Going downstairs is connected to the commercial center. Go straight to the old town and turn right to the train station and bus terminal.

Central location. It is branded as budget, but feels like one. Corridors give a rundown feeling. Towels are super thin. No kettle nor coffee or tea in the room.

The corridor to our room was a bit dated and carpet stained but the room was good enough.
The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of fresh foods but a larger toasting machine is definitely required. A 2 slice toaster for a large breakfast crowd is definitely not enough. I gave up waiting to toast my bread, as did several other people.
Overall a good place to stay.
