The location was great. Easy to walk to the horse tram and electric railway. Bus service. Next to the sea. The hotel rooms are sea view. The breakfast is complimentary by the hotel . Some shops around. City centre is not far as well, you can walk or take a bus only 4 stops away.

he Penta is situated on the Queens Promenade. Easy access to the Electric railway and Bus stops that take you to other places. We had a complimentary breakfast and the staff are friendly and very helpful

The room was far too large. The bed was cheap and I was unable to sleep in it as it made my back ache. The duvet was too small for the bed and the pillow cases were old and worn.
They say they provide a complimentary continental breakfast but it was only toast, packet jams, low fat yoghurt, juices and tea or coffee in flasks.
Wouldn't recommend this 'hotel'.

Not for me!
Room at back of hotel - noisy air con outside, lights on all night outside shines in room through inadequate curtains. Scary stairs to ground floor - no hand rail on bottom flight. Poor breakfast even if complimentary- shower good! View to sheer cliff or adjacent hotel rooms.
