第一次來東營旅遊，選擇了這個酒店，前台美女帥哥的服務非常好，有賓至如歸的感覺，點贊👍。可接下來的感覺直接掉到了谷底。我定的是行政大床房，房間是斜的，衹有一個小窗户，首先是窗簾不遮光，早晨隨着太陽升起，光從窗簾側面直接照射到臉上隨之一同起床。其次，抽水馬桶完全要靠手伸到水箱內自提水。再次，也是最要命的一點，衞生間和房間有一個近20釐米的台階，這晚上起夜差點把老命擱在大明。還有，電視機頂盒無法觀看，床頭電源要到牀頭櫃下面去找。好在衹住一天，又逢5.1假期，也就沒給酒店員工添麻煩，下次不住了。

老牌4星級酒店，服務到位專業。
前台迎賓有禮貌，房間保潔專業熱情。
周邊商場林立，吃飯購物很方便。
一進房間不久，樓層服務人員熱情送來了果盤，温馨。
早餐品種也夠多，味道也不錯，贊。
退房非常快捷，無需查房，直接離店即可。
下次有機會，還來入住。
建議：停車場小點了，建議擴充停車場。

前台美女熱情洋溢，滿面春風，服務體貼又細心。攜程有積分升級房型，前台直接給我提升至豪華大床房，面積32平。
設施：房間有一個雙人大沙發，沙發質地真好，我在沙發上睡了一晚，腰部特別舒服。
衞生：新裝修，乾淨明亮，客房服務員，非常尊重客人，總是按照你的要求去做。
環境：酒店位處市中心繁華地段，對面街有個夜市，美食豐富。
服務：這家酒店服務培訓真好，每位員工都是笑容燦爛，真心誠意對人好，早餐雖然簡單，但是用餐環境很優雅。
總體來説，大明大廈酒店是按照四星標準，嚴格要求執行的酒店，大氣光明，厚重明朗，建築裝修，每一處嚴絲合縫，材質高檔華貴，又不彰顯土豪般俗氣。是與酒店內外氣質根本表現：高雅，高貴，高尚，謙和細膩，清新脱俗。

又一次入住大明，又一次感受到了前台的親切，面帶笑容的問候，入住時還送了杯熱飲。前面不知道什麼時候還多了個小吧枱，有水果和熱飲。大廳服務人員還幫着拉行李箱，真的像是回到自己家一樣。房間打掃的也很乾凈，還給準備了水果，特別用心。早餐是自助早餐 ，種類挺豐富的 。環境和設施也很好，下次
