老兩口自駕出來玩，一路上訂了好幾家全季酒店，因為這個連鎖店比較高檔，設施一流，衞生也好。可遺憾的是，到了東營全季酒店，感覺卻非常不好。原因如下：
1，我們訂的雙份早餐房，可前台卻説不含早餐（見圖），説是看不到訊息。給她們看訂單，對方滿臉不高興。我們於是聯繫了攜程客服。不久，前台竟送來兩盤果盤。看着這些水果，心裏説不出來是個什麼滋味。
2，可能是因為不愉快吧，前台分配給我們最邊角的房間。不僅與訂單的客人要求不符（見圖），也與酒店廣告圖片不符。我們當時沒吭聲，以為可能是酒店客人多，不得已而為之。可早餐時卻發現，吃飯的人寥寥無幾！
3，入住時問前台是否有地下停車場。前台三個人沒有一個能給出明確回答。説是地下車庫有什麼“桿兒”。最後追問，才告知衹能停在地上。
怎麼説呢，有點哭笑不得吧。這麼好的酒店，美中不足了 ……

酒店整體乾淨整潔，隔音也還不錯，是河口區比較好的酒店了。入住體驗感挺好的，來河口區可以考慮入住。服務也挺好的

這次去河口住的這家全季，應該是去年新開的。
酒店裡的設施什麼的都不錯，房間也挺大的，定了個商務雙床房，300多，在這種小城裡，還是比較貴的了，但是房間整體確實不錯。
而且是在別的地方也經常住的全季，還是比較信賴的，整體體驗還是很不錯的，滿意。可惜走得比較急，沒有拍什麼照片。

酒店可以説是河口小城最舒適的酒店了，酒店工作人員態度非常好，也很貼心，還給我和娃升級了房型，送了水果。。房間無異味兒，夠大，打掃非常乾淨 ，床品睡的很舒適，洗澡水夠熱夠大，自動馬桶，酒店環境安靜，樓下就有kfc。
