小區環境好，海南的房子分不清南北，但這家是前後通透的，窗户打開不用開空調也不熱，房子很大，能做飯，衞生間乾濕分離，我們四個人住很舒服，就是東方風大，還有點土，陽台和紗窗都是土，樓道里也是有點亂，但不影響好評，車站就在不遠處，海邊也不算

客服很好這點毋庸置疑
衞生比較差，拖鞋上面都是黑的，並且床單上看也不是很乾凈，
並且，床睡覺翻身都響，一晚上都沒有辦法睡好
設施也比較老舊，不是太好
