"I was so pleasantly surprised to find an open-air rooftop pool at this hotel! The pool area is lovely, with plenty of loungers for relaxing, and the changing rooms and showers are well-maintained. It was amazing to come up here after a busy day to swim and unwind. The high-altitude view is expansive and peaceful. As night falls, watching the bustling city lights below is a unique experience. Heading up to the 12th floor to melt away the day's work stress was fantastic. The pool facilities and equipment were spotless, and breakfast was also good, especially the self-service fresh juice bar!"

"This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean and pretty. Our fridge did not work but they offered us a solution. We had dinner there. The plates were big and tasty. We bought breakfast with our reservation. When we arrived , they told us first that they had nothing else than soybean milk for breakfast. We were told that we would get a breakfast delivered to our room. I called one hour later having no brews, and the lady informed that they had no breakfast and offered us to refund 10 yuan per person to cover. We then had to find breakfast around, which is not easy thing to do"

"There was no check in desk at the property, luckily a local resident was around to help us call as there was no ability to message and we don't speak Chinese. didn't hear from the host at all during our stay no way of contact. very disappointing. The fridge freezer didn't work at all, there was also only 1 towel and the shower and bathroom doors were absolutely disgusting. The shower drain also needs cleaning as it took ages to drain. Bed was extremely hard. whole apartment needs an upgrade really. However the view was absolutely amazing and the water pressure was very good in the shower"
