While I can understand some issues due to the holiday, for a 4-star hotel (rated 5-diamond on Trip.com), I hope they'll focus on genuine management improvements instead of relying on Trip.com promotions and calls asking for good reviews to attract guests. I stayed at four hotels during the CNY holiday, ranging from a guesthouse to a standard 5-star, and while this one wasn't the most understaffed, it definitely offered the worst breakfast experience."

"The front desk kept trying to get me to sign up for a membership offline. I checked online and found it was cheaper to extend my stay there that way. Then she lied and said the cheaper price was for a superior king bed, not the deluxe king bed I was staying at that night. But I checked again later, and I had indeed booked a superior king bed. Furthermore, after check-in, they told me the air conditioning only had cold air, no hot air. Even if you're in Hainan, it's winter now! Why didn't they say that before check-in?! Fine, that was it. But then the next day they called again to ask about my extended stay. I said I had already extended it online, and then they started saying that since I had extended it online for a superior king bed, I would have to pay the difference. I said, "Look again, I booked a superior king bed on Ctrip last night, not a deluxe king bed!" Then they said "Oh, okay," and hung up! It's hilarious! I've stayed at so many Ji Hotels, and this one has truly opened my eyes!"

"I was so pleasantly surprised to find an open-air rooftop pool at this hotel! The pool area is lovely, with plenty of loungers for relaxing, and the changing rooms and showers are well-maintained. It was amazing to come up here after a busy day to swim and unwind. The high-altitude view is expansive and peaceful. As night falls, watching the bustling city lights below is a unique experience. Heading up to the 12th floor to melt away the day's work stress was fantastic. The pool facilities and equipment were spotless, and breakfast was also good, especially the self-service fresh juice bar!"

"The two-wheeled battery scooter ran out of power and needed to be recharged. The front desk said the socket power supply was broken! I also saw their own employees charging the battery at night, and it broke down after a while. I will never stay in this hotel again! ! ! Each and every one of these front desks is like a big grievance to their mother. It makes them uncomfortable to look at their faces."

"The room was newly renovated and very new. It was a sea-view room where you could watch the sunset, which was especially beautiful. The room was also very affordable. There's a pier downstairs where you can buy seafood and have it cooked for a very cheap price. The owner was incredibly kind; he helped us order roast suckling pig and barbecue, and even recommended restaurants. It was the best stay we've had during our trip."

On the first day, there were fried eggs, but no boiled noodles. On the second day, there were boiled noodles, but no fried eggs. There was only one person playing solo, and there were very few varieties. The toast didn’t even come with butter. It’s better to go out and eat some."

"It's a guesthouse built on a single floor of a building in a West Coast residential complex. I've never slept on such a hard bed before; it felt like sleeping on a wooden board. The shower water could only be used for quick showers, the washing machine leaked, and the kettle was covered in limescale so thick it could be considered an artifact excavation (I really should have taken a picture, but I forgot). You can see the sea, and there's parking available downstairs in the complex. If I had to choose again, I definitely wouldn't choose this place."
