Yadis Djerba Thalasso & Spa - All Inclusive Reviews

People incredible, good service. The activities proposed by the team Bravo each day are well organized and fun. The Yadis staff are always happy to assist you. Will be good for the future to renovate the rooms infrastructure are dated.

People were very nice and gentle for everyone. The animations were fun. I personally took place in a couple of them. Food was delicious every day. I was with my family and we all had so much fun together. They have their own beach, huge plus. Best guy we met was Mamido!

The hotel that was advertised as a four star hotel nowhere near met the criteria. The hygiene of the rooms was terrible. There was dead insects under the covers, hair everywhere and rust and mould. The toilet brush was the worst. It was so disgusting. What is called a three person room is actually a two person room. The bathroom was disgusting, there was mould and rust everywhere. The rooms floor boards were peeling, the service was slow and not good quality. For example we ran out of toilet paper in our room, we reported it to reception, they said staff will bring it. We had to wait 3 hours for it. Or the cleaning lady forgot to give us towels, we had to wait around 3 hours for them to bring us towels. Most of the staff were rude and did not want to help when help was needed. We booked a trip early in the morning, we were told at reception we can have breakfast early and that the restaurant opens at 5am, when we arrived at the restaurant, nothing was there. When we took some fruit with us for the trip because we will be missing lunch, the staff chased after us and fully inspected what we had taken and he was being aggressive. The food was very bland and was repetitive everyday. Breakfast was the worst, there was barely anything to eat during breakfast. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach and horse and camel droppings. The sun beds were always dirty.. and they give you dirty beach towels.. The only good thing about the hotel is the entertainment team - they hosted incredible shows and entertained the staff. I have traveled to many places before, I have resided in hotels that had 3 star ratings. But this hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating.

We travelled as 2 mature single women, for a 10 day all inclusive, on arrival border control was quick and easy , baggage collected quickly and off to the transfer coach. The hotel has a grand entrance and reception were very welcoming with a sweet Tunisian tea, porter took us to our standard room.Room was very basic,clean,small balcony,walk in shower, separate toilet, However the air con started to leak after a few days, the room was definitely looking tired but it was cleaned everyday with fresh towels . The walk to the room was quite a trek so if your disabled or struggle with walking then definitely ask for a low floor, There is a safe but I think you have to pay,we just locked everything in our cases, we had two single beds which were uncomfortable but expected,balcony small but had a table and 2 chairs and overlooked a garden and golf course next door and the views at sunset were amazing. Food... After hearing reviews of other Djerba hotels we definitely picked the right place, there is food in abundance, everything from fresh fruit salads, freshly cooked pasta,pizzas made in front of you, roasts,rice ,soup,breads, croissants,cakes,ice cream, full bottles of pop ,coke,sprite, wine,not by the glass by the bottle,water available in small and big bottles, could not fault the kitchen whatsoever,staff extremely friendly,hard working and courteous.The only advice about the dining hall is ,you don't need to rush to go in 1st ,always fresh and hot food available and going in to eat a bit later when quieter makes for a more relaxing experience,also we only realised there is a smaller dining room with half the options but much quieter situated opposite the pool bar. The pool: fantastic, deep in areas but well signed, pool foam party not to be missed, slippy in areas but that's standard,now the sunbeds, in my opinion there are not enough for capacity, I can imagine in July or August that it's a struggle, loads of beds down the beach but I think more are definitely needed around the pool , temperatures exceed 30 degrees so umbrellas are a must. The beach,well,to be honest wasn't what I was hoping for, construction work going on, and a big JCB digger on the beach shifting sand, there is a lot of seaweed on the beach and water is murky and dark because of this, which put us off going in, clearer blue seas are further around the coastline,we stuck to the pool in the end. Entertainment: So, there is literally something for all ages, the animation team work so hard, however I need to stress this, this hotel does cater more for Italians and french,and polish,and only a few English, however this is sometimes a good thing as interaction with other nationalities is fun The animation team work very very hard, you can do as little or as much as you want, from archery, dance classes,water polo etc the usual, evening entertainment varies with some days the animation team others ,belly dancers etc. I want to mention Jassem Smai, only a young animation trainee

Hotel yadis djerba is the Best we like restaurent eat, we like the soon in djerba its super every people in the hotel its so cute the rooms its nice,we like also animation team so nice show in the night,the Best animator is yassine And nassim they are the Best

Super hotel service, food and program, it's not the first time I've come and I will definitely come again , I had a great time.

We love it so much that was our best holiday. We don't want to come back home. We enjoy it so much. The animators are so nice.

The whole experince is awesome. The service is really nice, even though they do not speak english that well it is possible to communicate with service with that language. The look of the hotel is nice and if you like big space it is cool. The size of the hotel is pretty enormous.

The hotel is really good, especially the animaties, there’s always something to do and they keep you busy with different activities.

It was a beautiful holiday here! The weather was perfectly. My Mey and me come next year again. The Basar in Houmt Souk was always good. Good People. Good Food. Good Drink. The Beach was also supeeeeeer! The Music in the Evening was super to dance!

Our stay at Yadis was very enjoyable. First of all, a huge thanks to the entertainment team, who made our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Yacine and Moataz, who gave us so much energy and joy. :) As for the hotel itself, the food was very tasty. Breakfasts were the same every day, which I think is something that could be improved. Lunches and dinners were fantastic and varied. As for the room, it could use some renovation, but we spent most of our time outside of it, so it wasn't too important to us. Nevertheless, I would say that it is more of a 3.5-4 star hotel (rooms). Very nice, hospitable and always smiling staff. The pool was very clean and the area around it was cleaned several times a day. The hotel grounds were very nice and always clean. The beach was very close and also clean. The only thing that could bother were the dogs that sometimes lay on the sun loungers (and towels). In summary, I would gladly return to Yadis because of the entertainment, beautiful pool, tasty food, and wonderful weather.
