服務很好，老闆很熱情。但設施很成問題，晚上那麼冷，空調完全不管用，把所有衣服都穿上了，穿得比去珠峯大本營還多。花灑熱水始終沒有，衞生間下水還下不去，地上全是冷水，腳泡在裏面，被迫洗了冷水腳，沒感冒算運氣好！水一直下不去，想用馬桶都不能穿拖鞋，要穿運動鞋蹚水過去。製氧機沒使用，因為感覺沒必要。

老闆很熱情，聽説我們是重慶過來的，他説他也去過哪些地方，結果一問是我老公的家鄉，還要邀請我和我老公一起喝酒，唱藏族民謠給我們聽，酒店環境應該是附近最好的了，有供氧 有電熱毯 空調 而且晚上從大本營下來能吃到熱乎乎的氂牛火鍋很幸福，很好吃，價格也很實惠。

衞生很差，馬桶裏大便都沒沖更別提衞生間打掃了。周圍環境不錯，從珠峯下來很方便。老闆也熱情接待，空調開不熱。在藏區也就這樣了。

房間設施很新，廁所還是自動馬桶，坐墊會加熱，特別舒服。老闆娘人特別好，免費請我們喝甜茶，還請我們吃早餐，大家來的話一定一定要喝甜茶，這是我在西藏喝過最好喝的甜茶。麪也非常的好吃，大家如果不想吃牛肉火鍋的話，可以試一下面！總之就是好評，好評，好評，不是水軍！

老闆挺好，翻越加烏拉山埡口108拐，累得有點小高反，還好酒店有製氧機，否則又是備受煎熬的一夜。遺憾的是第二天天氣不好，厚厚的雲層，看了個寂寞
