Our stay at Velan Temple View, Palani was very disappointing. Cleanliness was extremely poor, the bathroom was stinking, floors and toilet bowl were stained, and the bidet was in very bad condition. The bedsheets were dirty, with stains (even a blood stain), and the bed quality itself was very poor. Despite the hotel’s name, there was no temple view from the room we were given.
The only positive point is that the temple is within walking distance, which was convenient. Other than that, overall it was a bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Property located at walkable distance from Temple Steps but not in a busy area. I booked for family AC room. On the day of booking staff contacted me for the confirmation about time of arrival.Room Kept neat and clean.Service was excellent. Staffs coperative and well behaved. There is a small restaurant annexed with property.Food items are limited but satisfactory. Overall excellent for a family stay and recommend.

Nice hotel, very close to the winch station. They even serve you homemade food (limited options) which is tasty. The hotel staff is prompt and offers quick service. There are a lot of dining options within 400m radius. The hotel is senior citizen friendly.

Temple view from stay location is excellent. Walkable distance to Winch rail. Well maintained rooms. Good transportation/ free temple transportation facility available in Giriwalam road for rope car, Winch rail, temple steps, Adiwaram.

we waited one and half hour for check in very poor service
no hot water , no electricity for an hour. staffs are very irresponsible.
it was a terrible , this s first time we facing such a bad experience. not recommended
