It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Amenities are as expected of a guest house- no slipper, basic toiletries , no kettle and tea/coffee making. However, this is provided in the shared kitchen. Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre. The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate.

Приятная гостиница в живописном тихом месте. В середине октября в доме было очень тепло. Гостеприимная, отзывчивая, доброжелательная хозяйка. Хозяйка ответила очень подробно на все вопросы. Королевский завтрак. Прилагаю фото завтрака для меня одной. Большое спасибо за разнообразный, сытный, отличный завтрак. Всё было очень вкусно. Очень чисто. Чистейшее постельное белье и полотенца. Просторный номер. Хороший интернет. Отличный гостевой дом.

Отдыхали 6 дней. Рейс перенесли и пришлось заезжать очень рано, хозяйка дома - Гайоне, встретила нас очень радушно.
Показала, заселила, на все вопросы ответила.Посоветовала где обедать, куда сходить и помогла заказать дешевый трансфер в Ереван. Отдельное спасибо хозяюшке за шикарные домашние завтраки! И сыр и мацони и овощи и фрукты. Всегда разное основное блюдо. И кофе по нашей просьбе нам варила армянский. Просто как будто мы к бабушке родной в деревню приехали. Рекомендую этот гостевой дом.

Гостевой дом находится в красивом, тихом, живописном месте. Недалеко от автобусной остановки. Очень гостеприимные хозяева. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Белоснежное постельное бельё и полотенца. Номера чистые. Очень понравились завтраки. Нам всё очень понравилось.

Обратите внимание на локацию. Это не центр города. От центра минут 30 идти пешком. Был очень сильный конфуз, но благо таксист созвонился с владелицей и довёз куда нужно.
Обещали завтрак. Был предложен вчерашний плов. Это грустно. Хозяйка гостеприимная, общительная.
Очень удобные кровати. Красивый вид с балкона.
Но цена была очень высокой по сравнению с тем, что мы получили. Дорога в центр безопасная. Если у Вас много времени, то можно и остаться.
Главное обратите внимание, локация в трип коме указана неверно.
