Очень нам понравилось !!! Самое главное Чистота,все было очень уютно ,красиво ,воздух чистый, место тихое ,красивое.Еда вкусная.Огромная благодарность хозяйке Мариам за заботу которой нас окружила вернёмся обязательно. Рекомендую всем кто хочет провести отдых вдали от городского шума!!!

Our experience at this place was beyond exceptional. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were impeccably clean and charmingly cozy. But what really took our breath away was the magnificent view of the mountains - it was simply stunning. We couldn't get enough of it! And to top it all off, the homemade food was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients that we could taste in every bite. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. We truly hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future.

Отель расположен в живописном месте г. Дилижан. Место чудесное, отличный вид на горы, удобные номера, персонал очень вежливый, гостеприимные хозяева. Еда совершенно потрясающая- и завтраки, и ужин всё супер.... Спасибо персоналу за такое потрясающее отношение к гостям, за заботу, за вкуснейшую еду...... всё супер)))))) 10+++++

Очень вкусная еда. Свежие продукты. Комнаты чистые. Гостеприимные хозяева и внимательный персонал. Сказочный вид из балкона, горный чистый воздух. Цена доступная . Отменные завтраки. А новогодние праздничные блюда были изумительно вкусные и всегда свежие. Всем рекомендую посетить и насладиться гостеприимством, и отведать вкусности армянской кухни, насладиться этим тихим сказочным местом

Приехали в этот гестхаус основываясь на отзывах путешественников! Тмутаракань! Подьезд и заезд просто ужас, наверх идут высокие уродливые ступени, людям после 50 подняться реально тяжело, персонал даже не удосужился поднести чемоданы, дорожка до самого "фешенебельного" шале, которое мы сняли за бешеные деньги на новый год, просто ужасная, можно свалиться по склону и переломаться вдрызг!!! Деревянный домик продуваётся со всех сторон :из щелей в полу, стенах, окнах..., обогреватели и кондиционер на тепло не спасают ночью очень холодно!!! Но.... самое главное, по приезду в "шале" напрочь отсутствовала любая вода! Мы были 2 х годовалым внуком, поэтому сами понимаете степень нашего возмущения!!! Постоянно прибегали якобы мастера, обещали починить до вечера! И о чудо в 21.30 дали воду, и мы стали готовиться к новому году! Стол был накрыт в основном здании, очень бедненький, с пластиковой красной икрой и оливье..... Главным блюдом был шашлык непонятно из какого мяса, одни жирные и жилистые кости! Посидев за столом 1,5 часа мы поднялись в свое"шале" и встретили новый год в кругу семьи! Легли спать, а в 3 часа ночи повторно пропала вода, насовсем!!! Естественно полный унитаз, вонища... полнейшая антисанитария!!! Рещили возвращаться в Ереван, но не тут то было!!! Хозяйка запретила возврат денег более 30%,ни слезы дочери и её подруг не помоги! Мы расстались с этим поганым заведением!!! Рекомендую налоговой полиции Армении и фискальный службам проверить сие заведение на соблюдение законодательства, деньги хапают, никаких квитанций на дают, я уж не говорю о договорах!!! Полнейшей безобразие и произвол! Но Господь все видит и знает.... Гореть хозяйке в аду!!!

Неплохое место, правда далековато, от центра пешком где то 1.5 часа. Очень приветливые хозяева и персонал. Понравилось, что тихо, ночью только лают соседские собаки, а утром вас разбудит крик петуха. Шикарные завтраки не оставят голодными. для детей есть десткая площадка с качелями и каруселью. Шале прекрасно оборудован. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Единственное, что нам не понравилось, и отчего мы уехали на сутки раньше, так это то, что под обшивкой дома всю ночь бегали мелкие животные или крупные насекомые. кто конректно бегал писать не буду, так как не пойман - не вор. И рядом с 2-х спальной кроватью было полчище муравьев. Такое тесное соседство с живностью не очень располагает к спокойному отдыху с маленькими детьми. В целом, если вы крепко спите ночью, но отель хороший.

Excellent guesthouse and best accommodation during our Armenian trip. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony with great mountain views, but all of the balconies have green view (mountain or garden). Breakfast was excellent and plenty, combination of warm and cold dishes that you can agree on upfront. We also had dinner at the guesthouse and we can wholeheartedly recommend it, the food was really tasty, home made by the owner Irina and there was no problem catering for our specific dietary needs. But the best part of our stay were definitely the owners that made us feel welcomed and like at home. A big thank you and we hope to come again.
