"This is a beautiful newly refurbished hotel in a beautiful location! We stayed here for 2 nights with our 3 children. The pool and sauna are gorgeous, rooms well equipped with air conditioning and everything you need including fridges and huge TVs. Breakfast and food is amazing and the staff are super helpful and attentive. Carolina couldn’t have been more helpful. We both had couples massages which were also amazing and a must!! I was worried about the location but it’s a 10 minute walk along the beach into palomino and we walked back both nights in the dark. Beautiful hotel in great location. Would thoroughly recommend to families and couples who do not want to be too close to the party or backpacker scene. Would return here if we were coming back"

" My family and I enjoyed our 3-day weekend getaway in this charming hotel. The open-air lobby view of the Caribbean Sea is breathtaking. The rooms are tastefully decorated with organic furniture: log canopy beds, rattan lamps, tree trunk tables, and cotton hammocks. The infinity pool and the bar are perfect to enjoy the sunset. The staff was kind and made us feel welcome. Paul went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back to RCH Luxury Hotel to stay for more days. "

"We were very satisfied in all points. The staff were super nice, premature and helpful. We had a bungalow with a strodach, which, although it also worked somewhat moist because of the high humidity, the room service has made everything fresh every day and the ventilator has also done its best. Breakfast was super and dinner was also good, with there are super restaurants on the beach of Palomino. A nice stay!"

"Rooms were very clean with beautiful balcony view of the pool area, staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Recommend for those who want to relax and get away from the party music. We go every year and have stayed here since it opened 7 years ago. Breakfast was delicious."

"This hotel, which is just literally over the road to the sea sports a cozy inner yard with two swimming pools and air conditioned rooms which all have a roof terrace where you can chill out during the days or when you are not in the sea or the pool. The food is incredibly good (heads up to the chef!) and the staff is extremely friendly. There are ample opportunities for sight seeing nearby, whether in Riohacha, Manaure or Cabo de la Vela. 100% recommendation!"

"The location was good, close to the beach but a bit far off from the centre. The food was good & affordable. Beds were incredibly comfy. Most of the staff were great. Very much like others have mentioned, it is very chill. I was travelling solo and met 2 other solo girls which made the experience even better. I was there for 2 nights and was upset that they didn't clean the shared washroom during that time and the dorm room doesn't lock."
