Me hicieron upgrade a habitación con Aire Acondicionado. La Habitacion tenía ventiladores también y sobre todo dos baños lo cual me pareció un plus para familias numerosas. Recomendaciones: fumigar, mantener el agua de la piscina en perfectas condiciones y que las asoleadoras tengan los cojines desde primera hora. Las instalaciones hermosas y perfectas para descansar y relajarse. El mar es picado en esa zona y no es muy adecuado para bañarse allí sin embargo deberían preocuparse por la erosión. Es un lugar maravilloso y si se dejan tomar ventaja se quedan sin playita. El personal muy amable y servicial

Excelente alojamiento, perfecto para descansar, el servicio del personal fue muy cálido, las instalaciones muy acogedoras, limpias y en buen estado. Las dos piscinas y la ubicación de la piscina principal con vista al mar es lo máximo, sus zonas verdes hermosas. Nos encantó. El restaurante tiene una carta variada y la comida estuvo deliciosa. El desayuno incluído en la tarifa es muy bueno. Totalmente feliz con la experiencia. Gracias a todo el personal, esperamos volver en familia.

Hôtel calme à l'exterieur du village de Palomino. Possibilité de prendre un tuk tuk pour aller au village. L'hôtel dispose d'espaces verts et d'une belle piscine. Personnel sympatique. Beaucoup d'oiseau trouvent refuge dans les palmiers. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits pour la fin de notre voyage en Colombie. Idéal pour se ressourcer.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms The pool was pretty and refreshing with excellent views of the ocean waves. The water pressure in our room was very low, and there was no hot water available in the rooms for showering. WiFi was available around the hotel grounds but not available in our room. Overall a great beach experience

Great place, very large garden, 2 pools, lots of amenities, quiet. If you look for a place with more chances to socialise and a better restaurant, this is not it: you should book a hotel or a hostel further west. But if u look for a quiet place with plenty of room to relax Chiniuu is great. We had a with a pool right in front of the door, and a large porch with a table to sit and chill or work remotely. Wifi and Restaurant are meh, the rest, considering that it is a 3 Stars, is great

Disfrutamos de un pasadía maravilloso en el hotel. Desde la llegada, la atención del personal fue cálida y muy profesional. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la piscina impecable y la comida deliciosa. Ideal para relajarse, disfrutar en familia o en pareja y salir completamente renovado. Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver pronto.
