excelente servicio excelente hotel, igual a lo que muestran en las fotos, no son como otros hoteles que uno llega y son otra cosa.
el servicio prestado por todo el personal 100% recomendado, me trataron excelente, como si fuera un huésped "VIP" todo el tiempo pendientes y con la disposición de ayudarme en los requerimientos, en verdad regresare a este hotel sin dudarlo cada vez que visite Palomino.

A nice respite, close to the beach, with good food
My husband and I would happily recommend Primaluna to visitors! Our room was large with plenty of shelves. (It's great to have plenty of space to put your things.) The pool is a bit small, but we still managed to swim some (short) laps. The breakfast is great - made to order - and the restaurant is good too. Staff was nice, and the beach is close.

We did not stay here. We contacted them after seeing the condition of the place and advised we would not be staying with them.

Un lugar muy bueno! Cómodo, con limpieza de las habitaciones y la atención de todo el equipo súper, la piscina limpia , la comida muy buena ! Recomiendo este lugar y si regreso a Palomino me quedo nuevamente. Tuve mi cumpleaños allí y me dieron un detallito, además las instalaciones son muy cómodas y limpias en comparación a otros lugares de Palomino y puedes ir caminado a la playa !

Nel mio tour in Colombia ci siamo fermati 3 notti a Palomino e abbiamo soggiornato in questo caratteristico hotel, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La cucina era ottima come anche la pizza e la pasta cucinata bene, i proprietari sono Italiani... Cè una bella piscina dove rilassarsi circondata da palme e una siepe ben curata... Personale gentile e sempre sorridente, la mia stanza era deluxe molto grande con un divano rosso e bagno privato... é a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia... Super consigliato...
