Our host, Carolina, was a gem! The grounds were beautiful and home to many species of wildlife. The food was fantastic, and the staff was very helpful. We loved the pool, sauna, and walks on the beach (during low tide). Seeing the snow caps from the water was awe-inspiring. Highly recommended.

A mixed bag
The beach is pretty, the pool is very nice, and the staff are kind, but there are issues. Our room was basic. It was supposed to have an ocean view, which it did, but only if you were standing up! Pretty disappointing. The balcony area outside our room was shared, not private, and there were too few chairs for everyone to even sit down. We asked for more chairs but they were never provided. There was also a very bright light on the balcony which stayed on all night and shined into our room. Although it was supposed to be turned off by 10:00, it never was. Food was just ok, though I did have a very good pina colada one day. Staff are kind and helpful. Pool is great, though what appears to be a hot tub or jacuzzi in the photo does not contain hot (or even warm) water. Beach is eroded and not really swimmable. They screwed up my booking so that I was charged twice. Still waiting for a refund.

Geweldig ontvangen met welkomstdrankje en lekker warm broodje. Wij hadden de grote kamer in het hoofdgebouw met direct zicht op zee en een enorm goed bed van 2 bij 2 meter. Kamers is groot maar wel al zichtbare gebreken terwijl het hotel pas 2 jaar oud is. Afwerking kamers is niet best. Airco die super onhandig hangt en op het bed blaast en niet anders in te stellen is. Nacht verduistering is er niet. Direct aan zee is leuk maar 's nachts best veel zee overlast, wind en brekende golven deed voor ons lastig slapen. Personeel was erg lief en behulpzaam (dat geldt niet voor de jongen die er werkt en meestal niets deed, niet goedemorgen zei, je wel begeleidt naar je kamer als je aankomt maar je koffer laat staan). Ontbijt is een drama, erg slecht, koude pancakes, ze weten niet wat ze ermee aan moeten. Op ons verzoek waren er vanaf dag 2 wel croissants. Koffie oud of koud. Langs het strand is het 15 minuten lopen, 1x was voldoende voor ons want het is best gevaarlijk soms in het donker met diepe gaten, overhangende takken etc. De tuk tuk kan je ook halen en brengen. De massage van Valentina is een absolute aanrader, zeer professioneel! Zwembad is zalig met prima ligbedden met kussens maar bijvoorbeeld de jacuzzi is al kapot en wordt ook niet gemaakt. Nu al verval dus en dat is zonde want het heeft alle potentie. Voor ons dus beetje gemengde gevoelens

We spent 3 nights there and really enjoyed it. The surroundings and the pool are stunning, the room was pretty, confortable and clean. Great staff, especially Carolina, Osiris and Italo who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, thanks again.

2 nachten verbleven, maar eigenlijk veel te kort! Het eten, de omgeving, de rust en de kamer waren fantastisch! Onze host Carolina is the best, niks was haar teveel en overal stond ze klaar voor je! Serieus een aanrader als je hier een paar dagen komt relaxen!
