It is enough for business trip. Please note that the hot water needs to be turned on in the room. It is better to talk in the lobby. You can go to the lobby of the opposite hotel.

The soundproofing is too poor, and I can't sleep at night. The breakfast is not enjoyable, worse than that of Chinese guesthouses.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the overall quality is good. The only drawback is the poor sound insulation. One night, guests on the same floor held a party in the room, which made it noisy the whole night. It was useless to complain.
