Hanoi Designer Hotels

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well decorated and clean which gave me a comfortable stay in there. What I impressed most are the services provided. We were served with welcome drinks and some vietnam sweets upon arrival. While we were briefed on the facilities and breakfast time by a staff, our luggage were sent to the room which was already in a good temperature when we got into the room. Fruits were prepared and placed on a table with a welcome card. We were also given vouchers for free cocktails on the roof top bar with a nice scenery of the lake. Further, the staff were very friendly and helpful on suggesting places to go and assisting in calling grabs to get around the area. Special thanks to Jennie who has been taking care of us during our stay. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Hanoi.

Fantastic service in a beautiful hotel. Wonderful location just next to the scenic lake. Room is sufficiently spacious for single business travel. Not sure if the amenities is good as was not able to use them.

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

The hotel was excellent in terms of service and location. Though the breakfast food selection was a bit short for a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, the staff makes up for it with their warm behaviour and service.the rooftop bar and restaurant is an amazing place to have some drinks or dinner. The view overlooking the lake and old quarters becomes breathtaking at night. Highly recommended for comfortable stays. However a bit lower price of the rooms would be great, mainly because of the fact that other hotels with similar price range has bigger rooms and other facilities to offer.

the hotel itself is amazing. the amenities are fantastic and the staff are very welcoming and professional. breakfast is good too. rooftop bar and pool are the highlight and it is very close to the majority of the tourist spots

From front desk to restaurant teams, their hospitality, generosity of service, engagement and thoughtfulness warmed our hearts. Professional and always helpful, they make the hotel a home away from home. We will return to the hotel. The hotel itself is very conveniently located at the Old Quarters, next to a road that helps door to door travel, about 5 min walk to the lake, and a stone throw away from the interesting paths and avenues to explore. When we were told our room was not ready due to some maintenance work, we were offered some alternatives, and in the end, our room got upgraded to a VIP room. The crew handled the situation with extreme professionalism and made sure the guest was in good hands. We felt the passion and hospitality they provided. Thanks for all the arrangements. I had a great three days stay at this hotel. I stayed with some friends and my family joined halfway in the week. The rooms were very nice, spacious and the facilities were vast. I very much enjoyed the breakfast which was a mixture of international and Asian cuisine, with curry, eggs, sweetcorn, porridge, cereal, and fried food for breakfast. The hotel is convenient for a trip to the night market every evening, with a 15 minute walk each way. It is also close to walking distance of the lotus puppet water show and other sites to visit, such as the Hanoi flag tower. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who would like a friendly stay they felt very safe and comfortable.

Remarkable food and service My husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days in Hanoi during the Tet holiday, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience at this hotel. One aspect that truly stood out to us was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Upon our arrival, Mr. Hieu Ha warmly greeted us, confirmed our booking, and personally escorted us to our room. Throughout our stay, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were comfortable and satisfied. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for our well-being left a lasting impression on us. Additionally, we had the opportunity to indulge in a spa session at their sister hotel, conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk away. Despite the closure of many establishments during the Tet holiday, we were in desperate need of some rejuvenation for our weary bodies. Thankfully, the sole receptionist on duty, Ms. Ngoc Pham was attentive and responsive, she skillfully managed to arrange an on-the-day booking for us and tirelessly catered to the needs of various guests. The breakfast buffet offered by the hotel was equally impressive. In addition to the sumptuous spread of food available at the counter (not a lot but good enough), guests also had the option to order made-to-order chicken or beef pho, as well as eggs cooked to their preference. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible flavors of the pho; it surpassed our expectations in every way. The only minor drawback we encountered during our stay was the soundproofing of the rooms. Regrettably, it was not entirely effective in muffling the conversations and occasional coughs from neighboring guests, as well as the sound of doors closing. Overall, our stay at this hotel was exceptional. While the spa experience may not have been the absolute best we had during our trip, the attentive and friendly staff made us feel genuinely valued and ensured that our every need was met.

Great experience at La nueva boutique hotel. Especially thanks to the wonderful staff: Jenny and Jimmy. There were helping me before the trip ( booking for example the pickup at the airport), during ( booking a day trip to Nihn bihn and answering all questions ) and even afterwards ( keeping our luggage during our cruise in Lan ha bay after having done the check out ). We stayed too during the tet festival and it was great the new year eve dinner and the fireworks from the rooftop. Views were super from there. The room was fine, maybe not too big but the beds were most comfortable. Totally recommend it and would come back. It was only 5 min walking to the lake. Easy place too to be picked up for excursions.
