I am sad to write this critical review of this property. I've stayed here before, like the location, and as a top tier Marriott Bonvoy member I'm a big fan of the Residence Inn format for long stays. Unfortunately there were a few significant problems. Hygiene was 1st issue - staff was not following Marriott policies shown on the Marriott TV channel in the room - staff not wearing masks (including housekeeping staff I encountered), only 1 hand sanitizer station in entire hotel - this during flu season, covid still spreading, and very cold time withe everyone indoors. 2nd - room had multiple broken items. 3rd - guest laundry facilities had multiple broken machines. There are more issues I could list - but you get the idea. I emailed a member of hotel staff, who responded and said I would hear from general manager - after a follow-up and a couple of weeks, no word. So I sent complaint to Marriott corporate, who said case was opened and hotel would get involved to respond - and after a couple of weeks - nothing. So unfortunately the company managing this property doesn't seem to care about the issues. I will avoid this propertyuntil seeing evidence they have turned it around.
