I was waiting for the hotel to send me the review slip, as they do everywhere else, but nothing. My Roku is still there, but its remote is with me. I'm waiting to be reunited with my little Roku. "Booked an early flight and checked into the hotel on the first day. I was a freshman who returned home during the winter vacation. I had just turned 18. Other hotels did not allow me to check in, so I temporarily changed my stay to this hotel. I called the front desk in advance to confirm that people over 18 could check in. The hotel's pick-up and drop-off service is great. There are a lot of delicious food around the hotel, and you can also order takeaway to your room. Free breakfast was actually served at 3 a.m., the room was very clean, and it was very close to the airport. This experience was great and I will stay here next time."

"The hotel staff were very nonchalant and very uncaring. We paid over $400 to stay Saturday night. The TV had no remote and didn't work. They never got it fixed nor did they offer any kind of compensation in fact they were belligerent at midnight. The lady at the front desk fingernails were so long she couldn't change the batteries in the remote. She also wouldn't allow me to change the batteries in the remote. This is a reflection of the leader ship. While looking for the remote in the room, we found moldy rotten food under the bed. Disgusting lights in the bathroom see photos."
