Great host. Clean place with sweet welcoming decor. Plenty of towels, dishes. Great spaces for us to gather and plenty of very comfortable beds.

We spent the weekend in Des Moines with extended family. Great location, very clean, and stocked with everything you may need.

Clean, Safe, Good Value for Small Group
Very clean, towels were new and fluffy, beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans were great, air conditioners very noisy and required bedroom doors to be left open to use. Host provided wifi code on request. A 45 minute walk from downtown, so car required in most cases (unless you are visiting Drake University, which is very close).
