"Plenty of activities for all ages, nice rooms and location. It was extremely busy in August, with long queues for the buffet. Overall, a good experience, always a great place to come with family and children."

"Central, reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of the port and city. Lovely bathroom with full size bath. Mixup upon checking in regarding the room booking (sent to an uncleaned room twice!). Finally resolved and upon entering the room neither the phone or TV worked. A maintenance man was contacted and he fixed the TV Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and return."

"The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Parking was free, and the breakfast was excellent. However, they mistakenly charged my credit card in the middle of the night, deducting over 100 euros as a guarantor for someone else. When I contacted Ctrip, they explained that the first deduction was a test to see if it worked, and the second was the actual charge. I asked: "How can they charge me indefinitely without my permission?" After several protests, they finally admitted it was a mistake and they were deducting money on behalf of someone else. So everyone should be careful with their deposits."

"Lovely boutique hotel with 20 rooms, restored 19th century house, with lots of original features. Room and bathroom, very spacious and clean, comfortable bed, pretty courtyard terrace. Friendly helpful staff. Great location, easy walk to shops restaurants, cafes, beach. Highly recommend, would stay again when next in Denia."

"The big issue with this hotel is that there is a stark difference between the presentation and images shown in the internet and the reality which one confronts when standing in front of the hotel and which can be encountered inside. The outside of the hotel and its neighbourhood such as displayed on the internet image looks much different in the real world. The hotel is surrounded by small private houses in a small street with very few parking options. From our hotel room, the view is limited and shows onto a row of lining small private homes. The balcony of our hotel room is very small and it is no place to relax. The street can be busy with occasional traffic. The room itself is much smaller as displayed in the internet and not filled with colours in contrast to internet images but grey and somber. The pool is very small and just for a cool-down and does not allow swimming. Breakfast is under the average of Spanish and European standards because: orange juice is from supermarket cartons and has the taste of diluted concentrated juice and definitely not fresh, jam is also not from the best taste, butter was missing, the taste of spanish jam was from the cheapest category, there was only one choice of bread and very limited self service. This hotel is ok for a one night stay but not for a longer holiday looking for a relaxing environment inside the hotel compared with others I have visited before all around the world. The price is relatively high for the lacking confort but one of the lowest in the Denia area which has relatively high hotel prices. We wanted to stay two nights but being disappointed by the reality which we confronted compared what we saw in the internet, we only stayed one night and payed the additional 30% cancellation fee looking for a more convenient place on the coastline. It has to be mentioned that the staff was very correct and polite."

"Lovely hotel in a great location - beside the marina and also the town for restaurants, bars and shopping. My room was a great size and so comfortable. The breakfast room was small enough but there was a good variety of foods to choose from - if you want hot food, don't leave it til the last half hour! Being a very light sleeper, I could hear the traffic outside from an early hour but this would probably not affect most people. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend 👌"

"Just to report that this hotel is still super fine! It offers excellent service, a very cozy and beautiful building, parking space for 10 euros a night, brilliant breakfast and dinner - will come again if in the area. I liked everything about our stay."
