Very cute hotel with friendly staff. Located in the canals just next to the centraal station. Hotel itself is a very old building therefore does have stairs, and doesn't have an elevator big luggage might be hard to navitage. Tea and coffee in the room are refiled every day but if you want extra it costs extra. For me personally 1 coffee a day is too little :P

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the town hall. We didn't have big luggage, just backpacks, so we didn't mind walking up the stairs, which was also fun. We stayed in the annex building, Loft Studio room, which had a simple refrigerator, sink, electric stove and refrigerator, which was very convenient. It was very clean and fun. Check in and out, don't check in too early or too late, check your schedule before booking.

Love their service. It's just that the stairs are too narrow and inconvenient.
