酒店周邊環境非常棒，特別適合溜娃的好地方，在園區可以散步遊玩特別大，還可以釣魚和騎車划船，空氣清新。

國慶第一天入住這個酒店，體驗真是糟糕！這個酒店管理方真的在砸招牌，可惜了這麼好的環境！房訂的最貴的房間，卻在一樓（攜程房型顯示該房間是三樓）緊挨過道和早餐廳，早上7點多就被吵醒。房間一大股黴味！1700多一晚的酒店，早餐真的大跌眼鏡！早餐廳可以用臟亂差來形容！煮麪的師傅口罩帽子都不帶，在那兒用方言大聲聊天句句帶臟字。食物更是倒胃口。服務人員沒見幾個，應該是為了節約成本，就請了幾個當地的大姐，隨處都是農家樂既視感。現在外面幾百塊的民宿都比你們專業，再不換管理方真的離關門不遠了！

前所未有的差勁體驗。電梯和一樓小童中心，全是黴臭味，特別誇張。就這設施設備，真的不知道怎麼敢賣1000一晚上。説是湖景房，結果就是黃色的水溝。

酒店在雲上度假區裏，當你進入雲上的那一刻，就開始了你的度假之旅。車子緩緩開過大片的草坪，還有小溪，樹林和一羣羣的白鷺，心曠神怡。鋪個墊子，帶點吃的，除了待在房間，還可以相約朋友騎個車，跑個步，或者野餐，人少，車少，一片靜好。
我的房間是帶花園的在一樓，花園有休閑椅和小桌，夜晚對飲一下，那氛圍自然就又多了一點。
整個酒店是禪意風格，房間，衞生間，花園都很大。要説不足，如果房間泡池的窗户可以打開，那麼泡澡的感覺又多了一份户外的氣息。
酒店的餐飲味道也很不錯，份量也很足哦，酒店外沒什麼吃的，完全可以在酒店內消費。

游泳池的水太涼，温泉夏天也沒開，有點遺憾！畢竟一晚房費小兩千還是有點高的！餐廳的飯倒是比前兩年去好吃了很多
