第一次給酒店差評，作為花水灣豪生老顧客，沒想到豪生這樣一個高檔度假酒店，居然在房間安裝機麻，昨晚隔壁機麻打到凌晨一點半，投訴兩次才結束，導致失眠凌晨兩三點都沒睡着，不知道酒店咋想的，本身有獨立的機麻茶坊，非要整到房間，讓鄰居不能休息，酒店的領導你們還是長點心想一下吧。強烈要求賠付我一晚酒店住宿。温泉裏面也是佈滿了身上搓下來的污垢，這次體驗太差勁了👎

國慶期間入住，酒店的應該是客房經理zoom提前聯繫了，瞭解入住需求。到了辦理入住的時候，保安師傅主動引導停車，工作人員主動倒水，前台也擺放了糖果，這一系列的服務動作，能感受到酒店在服務細節的用心。前廳經理也很友好的為我們分配相鄰的房間，雖然我們自願選擇加價升級，但整個服務體驗是好的。晚上客房出現了一些問題，一樓庭院套房硫磺味很大，簡直無法入睡，zoom提出升級二樓，我們看了沒有換，因為二樓煙味太重了，就來通過物理薰香來壓味道。house keeping可以在這方面多提升，花心思解決房間各類異味問題。餐廳早晨稍微簡單了一點 可以和集團其他地區學習交流一下，畢竟整體價格也不便宜了，晚餐的湯鍋就特別敷衍了，不知道是人多服務不過來還是怎麼，上菜很慢，雞湯就像是很多桌吃剩下的混在一起的，一點也不清亮，餐食對住店客人很重要，建議提升。退房的時候Zoom也温馨提示安全，很温馨和友好。下次會帶家人來，希望能有不一樣的驚喜。

酒店環境很好，温泉也舒服，早餐品種多。西嶺雪山下來，泡個温泉，住一晚真的太舒服了。

入住比較晚，前台接待建議房間加100升級到山野，房間翻新過，沒有黴臭味，陽台很加分。入住後有工作人員來問入住感受，需要的物品，還是很不錯的。
退房時間12點前，很不舒服，建議到14.00。
早餐，除了咖啡機咖啡加自烤麪包，其他的真的沒有覺得好吃，菜品也不夠新鮮。
