以下評價記錄我對該酒店最真實印象並且是怎麼被該酒店污衊是小偷栽贓嫁禍的全過程。
訂了兩間房，辦入住沒有一句歡迎語，我們自己上去問，前台頭也不抬的回答，這就是第一印象。
接着告訴我們訂的房間沒有陽台並且兩間房不在同一棟樓，為了不影響體驗我們毫不猶豫加三百多升級了房型，本想着兩個房間兩千多一晚，能有個至少中上的體驗，結果是陽台外面全是車，外立面臟舊樓梯厚厚的灰塵（太*所以沒拍照），房間裏面中規中矩，温泉池相當一般真的不如之前六七百一晚的別家，總之就是毫無髮圈慾望，因為真的拿不出手，當然我們並沒有因此抱怨或挑刺，本身也不打算差評。
重點來了：退房後我們在外面吃飯，突然酒店前台打來電話，説我們消費了房間的一袋牛肉絲？？（首先我們並沒有動過房間裏任何食品，甚至沒有用手碰過），所以立馬解釋，前台説再確認下，當時也沒當回事，想着可能搞錯了確認清楚就行了遂掛了電話。
【過了一會兒前台又來電了，意思就是非常確認我們吃了他家牛肉絲，並且包裝袋還在垃圾桶裏麪！！？？？！】
【我們清楚這是絕對不可能的事！完全睜眼説瞎話赤裸裸的污衊！所以瞬間氣炸！！立馬錶示我們就在不遠處可以馬上回去跟他們當面對質！前台理直氣壯回答我們好的！（此時氣得不行，已經決定當場報警）】
正準備過去時又一個男生打來電話，又説是不用過去了他會處理好，？？？怎麼你們想污衊就污衊，想算了就這麼輕易算了？？
在我再三追問下，才説是上一個客人在包裝底部拆了一個口子誤以為是我們，給我整笑了，等於説你上一個客人入住完就沒檢查？？並且理所當然就把鍋甩給下一位入住的客人？並且你們前台那女的所謂的包裝袋還在我們垃圾桶裏麪這句話是怎麼輕易編造出來的？？？這位女士你沒有心嗎？？？🙂如果不是我態度強硬，我是不是還得賠償你這袋雜牌牛肉並且還得背上小偷的罪名？？
另外從頭到尾污衊我的那前台和保潔沒有給我一句道歉，如果我們不是還得回去辦事我真的不介意就回你們酒店當場給大家宣傳宣傳🙂真是差到離譜差到噁心！！！！

Howard Johnson hot spring is a beautiful resort with very good service. We did not speak Chinese so one of the staff added us on WeChat so he could provide us with the services at any time. He was very accommodating and supported us throughout our stay. We had a great time. The hot spring was very relaxing.

Hotel's one of the best we've stayed at. Very good price for an excellent stay. Service was really good too. The hot springs was nice to have after a long, tiring day. Very close to Xiling Snow Mountain, so it serves as a good stop. 😀 Will definitely come back. 😀
