出門幾百米就到了檢票口，特別方便，房東還幫忙買了景區門票，酒店門口小河對面就是越南。三人間房間特別大，相互不影響，安靜也很乾凈，推薦

上海人看過來：離真正的大門口就幾百米，但是懶人走路有點累。可以開車過去，停車費30元。民宿真的很不錯。乾淨、相對安靜！民宿最高最大，比左右兩邊都突出，景觀不受限。國慶節人對事多，老闆娘情緒蠻穩定的，事事有迴應的性格很對胃口。畢竟這次轉了一圈，服務比其他所謂高端名宿都好。送個早餐吃的很舒服。門口停車位有。我是沒讓老闆娘代買80元門票，原因是她最快要8:30才能拿到票，而景區7:30就能進入了。我直接網上買的110元的票，國慶節日子第一個進的景區大門。等我9點玩好出門，人流高峯來了。然後回民宿洗個澡，吃個粉，躺着看越南蠻色意的！

設施齊全，乾淨，衞生，環境優美，服務一流，酒店對面就是越南，酒店有自己的餐廳，停車場，而且老闆特別好。距離景區幾百米非常方便

房間位置很棒，周圍很安靜，在景區內，有電梯，還提供車位，一樓就有餐廳可以吃飯，味道不錯，老闆娘服務態度很好，下次需要再來

超推薦！離瀑布幾百米！ 那裡有個越南集市可以逛逛！ 房間設施都很齊全 特別是湖景房！超美！
老闆娘人超好！一樓可以吃早餐吃午飯！ 建議不要再景區吃 直接在樓下吃更好吃 分量又大！還有越南特產啥的 一樓有！對比了下價格 景區裏面貴一點！！！停車很方便！選它選它！

榻榻米房的榻榻米有點鬆動，一踩嘎吱響。床還挺軟的，洗澡水也很熱。一樓餐廳菜很好吃，分量也很足，早餐是各種粉推薦肉沫扎肉粉好吃得狠。

還是可以的，值得選擇。離景區不遠，一樓有餐廳，非常的方便。衞生條件不要要求太高，反正過得去，個人覺得德天瀑布這裏，這家民宿絕對是妥妥性價比了
