設施：停車很方便。房間床品較好。
衞生：總體不錯。衞生間有基本配置。
環境：距瀑布大約有800米，步行10多分鐘。住這可以節省35元的景區通勤車費用。雖不遠，但還是最好開車上去，因景點步行距離較長且要爬坡下坡。往回走還是挺累的。要是趕上大熱天很是難受。酒店周邊沒有飯店，衹能在酒店用餐。味道説的過去，但價格較高，雞肉類菜品很難咀嚼。
服務：店家介紹遊覽景點比較詳細。早晨店家起得有點晚，若走得早的話，要打服務枱留得電話聯繫，不然出不了門。

房間在德天瀑布外800米，可以步行到達，但是沒有人行道，走在路邊有點危險，晚上是沒有路燈的，全靠手機打燈走，對面就是越南，有點恐怖的。如果開車去景區，收30元/輛的停車費，也太坑了。德天瀑布門口就有民宿，可以選擇那裡，價格可能貴一點，但方便遊玩和吃。酒店周圍沒有任何設施，樓下是飯店，可以吃飽，早餐不包，可以點，樣式很少，基本就是粉，還很貴，我們自己開車出去吃，手工粉7-8元一份，帶肉，那裡要20一份。衞生一般，窗外景色是養雞場，據説58元/斤雞，一衹雞要400多塊，出去一頓飯也才400。有一個房間很多死蚊子，但阿姨很快就幫忙換了房間。

我們一共9個人，住了兩間三床房，一個雙人間，還有一個單人間，老闆把我們安排到同一層了，超級方便。早上的早飯也很好吃，供應時間很靈活。
我們不小心掉了兩張房卡，老闆人特別好也沒讓我們補。朋友覺得前台的椰子糖好吃，老闆臨走前直接送了一大包給我們！！還幫我們拍了合照🥳

2. If you stay here and go directly to Detian Scenic Area, two people can save dozens of dollars on sightseeing bus tickets.
3. Vietnam is opposite the B&B, and you can see the scenery of Vietnam.
Disadvantages: 1. The location of the homestay is rather remote, on Shankala Road, and it takes 800m to reach the lively area at the entrance of the scenic spot. That road has no lights at night, it's so scary.
2. There is no night light in the room for sleeping at night...
3. The water temperature is unstable, sometimes very hot and sometimes very cold.
