住的最高樓 房間窗外網遠處看還行，近處樓下就是別家酒店的停車場。

圖1，山景房，開窗見垃圾堆。圖2-6，酒店設施就這樣還一味要求顧客怎麼怎麼樣，前廳和房間貼滿了顧客要怎樣怎這樣的紙條。就**不像搞服務的。本不想挑刺，但是你們讓我下着雨停車停外面80米遠，回來後沒人幫我愛人和孩子推行李去房間就註定了我肯定會寫小作文。你們酒店當時那個前台是老爺嗎？就沒正眼看過別人一眼，和你説了我把孩子和老婆行李送上樓在把車開走，你們不同意。怕我車停在你們並不充足的門口車位影響其他顧客入住是吧？那你們帶我去旁邊停車場的同時幫我把行李和愛人安頓好啊。停車場出來下着雨還要我步行。你們不能騎個電動車？不能帶人一程？
設施一踏糊塗就算了，服務也不行。就是價格可以，同等設施價格單間價格超過麗江和桂林了。不知這邊就這樣呢，還是就這家店這樣。

實話實説，這個民宿的格局和管理有很大問題。
首先，民宿格局是兩邊樓梯，其中一邊有個小電梯，電梯出來是個公共空間，空間兩邊是房間，所以電梯、公共空間內有任何動靜，所有房間都能聽到。加上樓梯是那種敞開式的，樓上樓下的聲音是相通的，所以特別吵鬧。
其次，密閉的公共空間擺着煙灰桶，晚上有人就在中間抽煙打電話，而這個煙灰桶就在房間門口，所以“聲聲入耳”！
還有，當天下午辦理入住後就一直停水，玩了大半天，天氣悶熱一身的汗，本來想去民宿沖一把的，結果一問就是“一小時左右來水”“再過半小時來水”……結果一下午沒水，上完廁所沖不了也洗不了手，太噁心了！
住了一晚上，基本就是睜着眼到天亮的，懶得説了，想要住安靜一些的朋友避雷！！！
