房間比較小，不足10平米，放了一張1.5米的大床就沒多少空間了。衞生間也很小，導致沒有單獨的淋浴區，淋浴花灑就裝在馬桶上方，衹能坐在馬桶上洗澡。衞生也不是很注重，懷疑床單被套沒有及時換，睡着感覺有味，而且被子蓋在身上有一種不清爽的粘膩感。也不太注意安全，床頭櫃上的燈就一個燈泡，連接的電線也是裸露在外面的，衹用絕緣膠布包着。農村民宿本來也沒對他期待多高，但460的價格連起嗎的乾淨衞生也做不到，有點失望。第二天去住的希爾頓歡朋才450，好太多了。

德天瀑布景區附近，可以自己開車進去景區檢票口但是到達需要出停車費。國慶期間老闆自己送也要收35一個人，快500的價格酒店一言難盡，就當是免堵車的費用吧。房間小，衞生設施啥的就別談了。連帶景區都不香了。

整體勉勉強強，空間設施衞生啥的都勉勉強強。可能周邊的都差不多水平。價格上還算優惠的，不看重居住體驗的可以選這裏，樓下停車方便
